The Frosé is basically an adult slushy made with inexpensive rosé wine. Check out this warm weather cocktail that’s easy to make and also a little nostalgic.
INGREDIENTS

750 ml bottle rosé wine (fully bodied, and deep color)

3.5 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup

2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice (from 1-2 lemons)

1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Make the Strawberry Simple Syrup.
STEP 2
Pour bottle of rosé into silicon ice cube trays or sheet pan and freeze overnight. The rosé won’t completely freeze.
STEP 3
In a blender, add the frozen rosé, lemon juice, strawberry simple syrup, ice and blend until smooth. Divide between wine glasses, and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Steps one and two can be done ahead of time, so it’s ready when you are.
