I recently had the privilege of learning from Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute, in a 4 day, life-changing workshop on Color Design. Our class met her family, toured her beautiful home and studio, and connected with her over a wonderful dinner in her garden. This cocktail is inspired by the colors in Lee’s home and garden, and the 2018 Pantone color of the year Ultra Violet. Thanks for the unforgettable experience, Lee!
INGREDIENTS

2 oz Empress 1908 Gin

3/4 oz Lavender Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Egg white

1 dash Lavender bitters
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Make the Lavender Simple Syrup.
STEP 2
Add lemon juice and egg white to shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.
STEP 3
Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker with ice. Shake just until cold.
STEP 3
Strain into a couple glass. Garnish with culinary lavender.
