Blood oranges lend the their beautiful red color to make a fun and festive winter margarita! Use fresh-squeezed juice when the citrus is in-season or find bottled juice in the cooler section of your local store year round.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz El Jimador Tequila Blanco
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 1/2 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Blood orange wheel, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until very cold, about 20 seconds.
Rub the edge of a glass with reserved lime, then sprinkle salt on edge. Empty out any salt that made its way into the glass, then fill with crushed ice.
Strain cocktail into salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.

- 750 ml bottle El Jimador Tequila Blanco
- 6 oz Cointreau
- 18 oz blood orange juice
- 12 oz lime juice
- 6 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz water
- Blood orange wheels, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice, Cointreau, simple syrup, and water in a beverage dispenser or pitcher.
Chill until ready to serve.
To prep glasses, rub the edge of each glass with reserved lime then press edge into a dish filled with salt. Empty out any salt that made its way into the glass.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with crushed ice. Stir cocktail shortly before serving. Garnish with blood orange wheels.
