I had the best day at work ever! It was employee appreciation day at POP, called POPSquatch. The POPSquatch is kind of our beloved mascot. The day included breakfast, lunch and happy hour, gift card raffles, t-shirts, buttons, tattoos, Amazing Race/Scavenger Hunt, lip sync contest, gif photo booth and tons of excitement and fun!
The entire office was decorated in POPSquatch theme.

These were the girls on my team for the Amazing Race. Our team name is Squatch & Destroy.
Some of the challenges included putting together a giant wall puzzle, folding perfect origami (but the instructions were in Chinese), finding letters in random restaurant and store signage in the basement corridor, and creating Mario out of post-it notes. We didn’t win, but we put up a good fight and had a lot of fun doing it!

There was also a big prize to the first person to find the hidden 3D printed POPSquatch statue!
The thought and effort that went into planning and executing POPSquatch 2014 was over-the-top amazing!
