We took the Victoria Clipper, a fast, 300 passenger catamaran, from Seattle to Victoria, BC Canada. It took about 3 hours to get there and we had just enough time to check-in to our room at the Fairmont Empress before afternoon tea service. The Empress is a gorgeous hotel built in 1909, famous for their high tea service.
After tea, we walked around town, did a lIttle shopping, visited china town and got more tea.
We had drinks in the Bengal Lounge at the hotel and then ate dinner at Cafe Brio.
Later that night, Bobby went on a photo walk and got these amazing shots.
The next day we had brunch at a cute place called, The Blue Fox Cafe. Then we took the water taxi to Fisherman’s Warf, got an upclose look at the floating homes and fed the cutest Harbor Seals!
We had a blast in our short time we visited this quaint little sea town! Check out the rest of the pictures on flickr.
