We took Jeremy and Ashley, our “new to Seattle” friends from San Antonio, berry picking at Biringer Farms in Arlington, WA. We scored some amazing raspberries and blackberries. I think I’ll make a raspberry crisp and a blackberry fool.

Would be nice to see a few more organic u-pick options, especially in light of the fact that most berries are on the “dirty dozen list” – ie foods that should avoided because of their pesticide content.
