The Seabird is my take on the famous tiki drink, the Jungle Bird. For the classic tiki cocktail, use dark Jamaican rum and unflavored simple syrup.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz strawberry simple syrup
- 3/4 oz Campari
- Mint, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add rum, fruit juices, strawberry simple syrup, and Campari to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until very cold.
Strain into a tiki-inspired glass, filled with crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprig.

INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml bottle of spiced rum
- 32 oz pineapple juice
- 8 oz lime juice
- 8 oz strawberry simple syrup
- 12 oz Campari
- 10 oz water
- 2 bunches of mint, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Add rum, fruit juices, strawberry simple syrup, Campari, and water to a beverage dispenser or punch bowl. Stir to combine and chill in fridge until ready to serve.
STEP 2
Fill tiki glasses with crushed ice, and add a mint sprig to each glass.
When ready to serve, stir chilled cocktail and dispense into glasses.
