Smooth Plantation Pineapple Rum meets smoky Mezcal in this unique spin on the traditional margarita. I skipped the salted rim, but if you want more smolder, try smoked salt like Alderwood or Hickory.


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • .5 oz Mezcal
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • .25 oz Cointreau


DIRECTIONS

STEP 1
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well until cold and combined.

STEP 2
Double strain into a coupe glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
